Hi,
We are manually getting LOGS with below steps.
Is there a way to get the EVENT logs without all the steps?
Click on Cloud Services
Click on XXXXX
Click on CONFIGURE
Click on Remote in the bottom status bar
In the Role Drop Down select XXXXX
Check the enable desktop for this role
Give an user name XXXXX
Give a password, confirm the password
Select create a new certificate
Give a random expiry date of 6 months validity.
Press the tick button in the bottom right hand side.
Once this is done, click on INSTANCES
Click on XXXXX
In the bottom status bar click on connect
A RDP will downloaded or window would appear
Click on it to open
Provide the user name.
Using Explorer open E:\approot\archives\
Select all the files and zip/compress them to folder and save.
Share all the logs collect with us.
