Event ID 8021 and 8032
Hello,
Recently I have alot of disconnections from the domain of my win2k3 r2 sp2 with events 8021 and 8032.
The server was working with 2 NICs teaming but no NLB or any cluster and I left it work now with only single NIC but still have the same events.
I ran all the latest MS updates, Hardware firmware/BIOS updates but still no help.
But when running browstat status command, I found that the master browser is not a WINS or DC server, but some other domain member server.
I would like to know if it maybe the issue.
Is it a must that the master browser should be a DC and WINS or any other domain member server can be master browser also.
I would like to notice you that the issue occires on a domain member server and
not on a DC!!!

In a Windows NT domain structure, the primary domain controller (PDC) is always selected as the domain master browser. Only the PDC can be a domain master browser. If a PDC is not present, a domain master browser is not available and you are unable to obtain
browse lists from workgroups other than the workgroup you are located in.
If there is not a domain controller present on a given network segment, then an election process is started that chooses a master browser and backup browser from the computers on the segment.
