I have a Windows 2008 Domain with 2 Domain controllers (1 in each HQ Office) and 6 RODC's in remote offices. I keep seeing these event ID's in the remote offices even after an unjoin/rejoin to the domain. I am guessing it's a misconfiguration of some type on the RODC's. I have read and searched through the discussions here and while I have attempted the fixes which work for a short time I would like to get to the root cause of the issue.

I actually found that right after I posted this. I can seem to figure out what the resolution was but I will be starting with the steps in the first post because I had no clue that a compatibility pack existed. All outer office machines are Windows XP currently.
