According to your description, my understanding is that Event  ID 1000 and 1015 with lsass.exe failed on Windows Server 2012 standard.

Confirm that if the hotfix(which is provided by link below) would be helpful for you to resolve this problem:

it will also be helpful to improve the performance and fix some known issues by installing the latest Windows Update on your server.

If the problem still exits, do a full scan with anti-virus software if any. And run sfc /scannow to check/repair system files.

Undo changes(if any) before this problem happened. Or, try to restore system from backup if possible.

If the problem still exits, I am afraid that we need to capture a dump file to identify the cause of the issue.
