Event 407 AD FS 3.0 on Windows Server 2012

Hi,

I have the following AD FS 3.0 scenario in the organization:

2 ADFS 3.0 servers on the LAN using Windows Server 2012 R2 with DNS Round Robin in cliente.local domain

2 WAP servers in the DMZ with KEMP LB in Workgroup using the hosts file.

Recently I enabled the new feature of password change by the ADFS 3.0 web portal, updatepassword endpoint.

The URL is fully functional: https: // FQDN / adfs / portal / updatepassword

The problem is when I try to change the password for this portal I get the following error:

"Unable to update the password. The value provided for the new password does not meet the size requirements, complexity or domain of history."

Analyzing the event viewer of the internal ADFS server I can see the following event in the log Applications and Services Logs \ AD FS \ Admin:

I have found no documentation in Portuguese / English to solving this problem.

The environment has the updates that do not require the use of Device Registration, the KB3035025.

The domain functional level and forest is Windows Server 2012 R2.

The password policy is as follows:

Passwords should be at least 6 characters;

Maximum lifetime of the password is 90 days;

Minimum lifetime of the password is 30 days;

The last 24 passwords will be remembered as password history and can not be used;

Password must meet complexity requirements to the following:

Do not contain significant portions of the user's account name or any name;

Contain following three of the four categories of characters:

English uppercase characters (A-Z);

Lowercase characters of English (a-z);

Basic 10 digits (0-9);

Non-alphabetic characters (for example, $, #,%!);

Has anyone experienced this problem?
