Hi, is this your case ? In my case, Symantec Antivirus Corporate causes this error on Windows Server 2003 Standard SP2. Tried all solutions, I googled, but same error again after rebooting. No I found no trace of Symantec causing this....... Microsoft has a hotfix to address some ofthe issues that cause the Event ID 333 to manifest, I installed that hotfix and have not seen another 333 yet
