Hi,
Please refer to the following support article first:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/288301/en-us
If you do not have the Cheyenne Open File Agent program installed, to narrow down the cause of the issue, please refer to the following steps to reboot the computer
in Clean Boot to check the results.
1. Click "Start", go to "Run", and type "msconfig" in the open box to start the System Configuration Utility.
2. Click the "Services" tab, check the "Hide All Microsoft Services" box and click Disable All (if it is not gray).
3. Click the "Startup" tab, click "Disable All" and click "OK".
4. Restart your computer. If the "System Configuration Utility" window appears, please check the box and click "OK".
What is the result? Do you receive the error in Clean Boot mode?
Beside this error, does the system work smoothly recently? If any issue is received, please let us know.
Thanks.
