I am facing event 153 error pertaining to SAP installation on one of the storage LUN's allocated from EMC . Whenever we are trying install the application the disk error crops up . Event 153 is shown in the event logs . Please provide a hotfix similiar to windows server 2008 . 

We are in the middle of implementation . please help.

It mentioned that this issue is generally a storage side issue, that a miniport driver time-out a request.

In this situation you may also contact EMC support for this issue. If it is a known issue, they may provide a quick fix.
