  Our parent Company is proposing GAD and want to know bit more about the setup.

  We are separate forest in different country . So if we are resource domain and if they are the Account domain how our users getting impact by this design?

  We got 5 sites and each site got 200+ users. 

  What will happen to our AD servers? Domain? Mail? Groups and shares?

High level i know they want one AD to manage.

What you are trying to accomplish take great understanding of Active Directory and much planning for a proper outcome. This guide should help you on the way for the planing and steps involved.

Eventually, all your user, computer objects and group memberships will be copied/moved to the new domain.
 
For the mail, if you are using Exchange server, you can copy the individual mailboxes from the old Exchange organization to a new Exchange organization. (If you need assistance on this, you can post in our dedicated Exchange server forum.)
 
Shares on the old domain will still be accessible by using the SID history feature.
