Hi,

I have Server 2012 R2 on my site.  I also installed Server Essential Experience on server. Using Server Essentials dashboard i configured backup and everythingworked well.

Yesterday i installed new standalone HDD in the server (for backup purpose). I used Server essentials dashboard to move Client Computer Backup folder to location on the new disk. After doing so the backup stopped working. When i try to set up backup for client computer i get error message (see image1)

Also when i try to change backup settings i get this error

It is important to say that when i change client backup folder to original location everything works again. Any clues ?

Have you formatted the drive NTFS 4k sectors and run chkdsk /f /r?
