Please list out the errors in logshipping with causes and resolution of them?

1. lsn  number related errors
2. patching the sql server
3. installing sql server update service pack
4. adding a ndl file in sql server
5. shrinking the log file size(optimal not recommenced)
6. moving the mdf files to other files
