Error when trying to renew subscription
Hello, My Technet susbscription expired end of April of this year. I want to renew it. Whenever I click Renew, I get an error: "Error renewing your account". Question 1) I cannot renew because my subscription already expired? Question 2) Do I need to get a new subscription? I prefer the renew option, which is cheaper than the new subscription. If anyone knows the answer, please let me know. Thanks
