Error when replicating DFSR
I am new to DFSR. So far I created a namespace called \\ourdomain.local\Test Files. That name space has 2 servers configured in it. I then created a replication group to synchronize those two folders. When I right click the connect to "Replicate Now" from the master server, I get the following error message: " The member of FILESERVER2 could not be contacted to get current schedule status. The error returned was "The DFS Replication WMI connection or synchronization object was not found. Do you still want to attempt to ovverride the schedule for this member?"' Right now if I log into FileServer2 and view what's been replicated, nothing is there. But if I navigate to \\fileserver2\Test Files, the files appear from remote machines. But from FileServer2 itself, if I navigate to \\fileserver2\Test Files, nothing is displayed. Any ideas? We are using Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise.
