I can connect to the server instance through a VS 2012 database project

I can't find anything in logs that would explain this

Installed Office 2013 yesterday, because OFFICE 2010 would not accept updates

I also have SQLServer 2008 R2 installed and it works great

I have .net 3.5, 4.0 and 4.5 framework installed  as well as VS2008, VS2010, VS2012, VS2013

This is a Win 7 64 bit ultimate, fully patched

Where could I look to fix this, without rolling back my machine to an Acronis clone from 2 days ago
