Hi, Based on my test, there is no file Services.inf before applying SCW policies. When applying policies, policies in XML file are converted into Services.inf. This problem may occur if your account cannot create Services.inf file in ConfigureFiles folder. Navigate to C:\WINDOWS\security\msscw, right-click ConfigureFiles folder, choose Properties, switch to Security tab, is your account or group have enough permission to create file? If not, try to give your account full control permission and test. Thanks. This posting is provided "AS IS" with no warranties, and confers no rights. The problem was related to McAfee AntiVirus. After removing the McAfee from the server, the problem resolved. Thanks anyway.
