bla bla bla..The sytstem cannot find the file specified.

Almost good, sounds like the solution but can't find the referenced...

After visiting the above link, look for "Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2 Shared Management Objects". The available packages are the following:
- X86 Package (SharedManagementObjects.msi)
- X64 Package (SharedManagementObjects.msi)
- IA64 Package (SharedManagementObjects.msi)

Is the SMO installed there? Download it from below and install it
