Error in server manager after adding Desktop Experience to Server 2008, SP2, 64-bit
Running fresh install of Server 2008 enterprise, SP2, 64bit. Tried to install the "Desktop Experience" feature through Server Manager. After the server rebooted, I now receive the error:
Unexpected error refreshing Server Manager:Server execution failed (Exception from HRESULT:0x80080005 (CO_E_SERVER_EXEC_FAILURE))
everytime I open server manager and try to review the installed features.
I found some references to this on Google, and everything I have found so far says to run the System Update Readiness Toolkit to find the error and fix it. I've ran this tool several times, but it's not finding an error to fix. Here's the c:\windows\logs\cbs\checksur.log:
