Hi All,

I am trying to install HL7 Accelerator on a Microsotf BizTalk 2013 R2 and I get a very strange error. In this BizTalk environment, we have 2 SQL Servers that one of them is for management and the other one is for message box.

Now that I am trying to install HL7 Accelerator I get this Error: "Setup cannot proceed because it failed to connect to SQL Server names P1****. Start the SQL server to correct the problem."

This is strange because first, P1**** is message box SQL server. Also this server is running properly and BizTalk is using it without any error.

Right after I press "Upgrade >" setup tries to check the space requirement and it shows that error.

What can cause this error? If it is SQL Server then why I can connect to that SQL Server using SQL Server Management? Also why BizTalk is working with that database as message box without any issue?
