I tried to purchase ABBYY Cloud OCR SDK Service and I'm getting this error:
We cannot provide a billing estimate at this time. Please try again later. If this error persists, contact support with the following information.
Offer Variant is not available in user's market
I saw somebody from Azure said to another similar issue:
Try again. This error generally is a due to bandwidth issues and you will see this if the backend systems dont respond/get response in fast enough time.
But I tried it at least ten times in two different days with same results, anybody knows what is going on or where to address this issue ?
