Error Code 800F0818
I have update all nodes with SP1 on Windows 2008 Server R2 except one node coming up with error code 800F0818 I have gone through Tech Support run MS Readiness tool and found below errors on CheckSUR.log ********************************************** ================================= Checking System Update Readiness. There is line when following the steps "These files need to be copied into: %systemroot\Windows\Servicing\Packages" Does it mean any file located into C:\Windows\Logs\CBS cut and paste all of them. Once There is command to take the ownership what ist he command to return the ownership back to administrator.Muhammad Mehdi

I have downloas the KB file. I am trying to unpack them using commands - Unpack them using the following command: Expand -F:* UpdateKBXXXX.msu x:\DestinationDirectory After you expand you will see a UpdateKBXXXX.cab File. Expand it as well: Expand -F:* UpdateKBXXXX.CAB x:\DestinationDirectoryCAB ****** Error message comes up can't open input file: kbXXXXXXMuhammad Mehdi
