Hi, Error code 80200010 means BG_E_NETWORK_DISCONNECTED. Windows Update could not detect active network connections. Background Intelligent Transfer Service (BITS) will try again when an adapter is connected. To correct the problem, make sure that your computer is connected to Internet and check for updates again. If the problem continues, please let us know which update could not install and what anti-virus application\security suite\firewall you are using.
