Enforce customized password policy at win login
Hello,
Maybe that there is a third party tool to perform that.
You can ask them here to see if you can develop a program which performs that: http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/forums/en-US/categories/
If you want to apply multiple password policies, consider using that: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc770394(v=WS.10).aspx

Is it possible to create a .dll and have it enforce a password policy, of my choice, for a user trying to change or create an account using the winlogin screen?
