Enable Telnet Clinet Automaticaly on 1000 Vista machine
Hi,I got a particular application whichuses telnet client. becuase telnet is not installed by default on Vista i am searching some way to install it.All i know is thatthis a feature and can be enabled usingpkgmgr. but how i can automate it? Ican not see any optionin Group Policy to enable a feature. Please help me. Thanks for you help.Thanking YouBabu Joseph

Hello, Can the OCSETUP fulfill your request? You can have a batch file as follows and set it to the computer startup script for Windows Vista client. start /w ocsetup.exe TelnetClient /quiet /norestart Please note that the component name parameter (TelnetClient) is case-sensitive. Do we need to remove this startup script after "x" days? how does ocsetup respond when the script is run every morning? Will this hurt performance each reboot?
