I just took over a server 2008 system with 15 computers on it.  Currently email is on Rackspace but the July 15th, we no longer will be using Rackspace and will switch the email back to where we host our web page.  I need to send a notification to all the users/computers to backup their email.       Is there a way to do it using a distribution group on the server?   Is there a way to do it from the server?

Why wouldn't you do it from the existing mail provider?

Because I don't have all the emails and I am not able to get to Rackserver because the other support tech left w/o giving the info...complicated.
