Hi suman, Thanks for posting here. In that case , if you want remove a shortcut form user profile, you might like to customize script to achieve the goal. Here is an example that how to delete the Command prompt shortcut form user’s Accessories Folder. cd %userprofile%\start menu\programs\accessories del command prompt.lnk Save it as bat file and perform it when user login via configure logon script. Hi Thankx for your reply. I tried below. cd C:\Users\%UserProfile%\Start Menu\Programs\Accessories as well as... cd C:\%UserProfile%\Start Menu\Programs\Accessories del command prompt.exe del mspaint.exe del wordpad.exe del mobsync.exe del SoundRecorder.exe But didn't work. Intresting thing is I'm unable to see User Profiles folder :-(. Only administrator and profile of test user only. I created approx 3 users, they are logging successfully but where is there profile? help pls...is it server issue?

Hi suman, Thanks for update. Perhaps you input the wrong extension file type name , it is not exe , this is not an application ,it is a shortcut ,so it should is LNK ,please modify it and try again. Hi suman, Thanks for update, Are all users domain menber ? Have you set romming profile for these terminal accounts? you might like to check the proflie path setting of each account to determin the path. For example: Right click an user account and press "properties" , in the "profiles" tab you might find out the profile path of this account . Change a user's Terminal Services profile path http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc783578(WS.10).aspx Thanks. Hi suman, Thanks for update. I just want help you to check if you had set profile redirection.. In this case , you might like to logon system with one of terminal account and perform "set USERPROFILE" to find out the real path of the profile folder. Meanwhile , i read your script , perhaps you might input wrong path ,check if it worked with the code below, save it and perform when user logon via start sciprt setting. cd %UserProfile%\Start Menu\Programs\Accessories del command prompt.lnk del mspaint.lnk del wordpad.lnk del mobsync.lnk del SoundRecorder.lnk Thanks.
