I'ts been old system, I know. However, I am trying to set up EFS recovery agent in Window 2000 AD server.In Step-by-Step, there is a step to add this RA into recovery policy group.Instruction:In Active Directory Sites and Services, in service node, Services --> Public Key Services --> Certificate Templates.Double click "EFSRecovery" at right pannel --> Click on "Security" tab and "Add" to Domain Recovery Agents group.When I double click on EFSRecovery, only "General" tab shows. I login as domain administrator. However, I cannot see any other tab. Any one can feed me advice?
