EBS 2008 migration from W2000 Domain?
Hi,
can I migrate a W2000 domain to an EBS 2008 server enviroment? This means without any W2003 SP1 DC in the source enviroment.
The EBS preparation/planning wizard checked this W2000 enviroment and find no problems and warnings.
Is it fine for everything - or must I do a W2000 reparation like this:

Thanx to all.

Based on what you have here, you will have to extend the schema to the Windows 2008 schema using adprep and then install the EBS 2008 domain controllers. If at all possible, I would try it in a test environment first and would then follow best practices
with extending the schema. This involves disabling outbound replication on the schema master, extend, perform some testing to make sure things aren't broken, and then enable outbound replication on the schema master. If you have problems, then you might have
to seize the schema master role and decommission the old server.

Hope this helps.
