Hallo zusammen, Clients bekommen per DHCP eine Adresse zugewiesen. Der DHCP Server ist so konfiguriert, dass die Eintragung ins DNS gemacht wird, der Client hat den Haken gesetzt (Netzwerk-Konfiguration), dass er es machen soll. Der macht es denn jetzt wirklich? Wer 'gewinnt'? Umgebung ist Windows Server 2008 und Windows 7. Danke für Input Gernot Meyer

You need to go back to the DHCP server properties and see if the which checkbox is enabled.
