Dw20.exe blocking RTSP ports
Is Dw20.exe part of WER or Net Framework 3.5.1? It is blocking RTSP port and prevents a service to run. How can I disable Dw20.exe from running in Server 2008 R2 and what is the risk if I will disable it?

its actually windows application error reporting tool you may disable it using regeistry see this Kb article for more info
