Hi everybody,
I am an IT tech in a company and we use Service Manager Console 2012 (version: 7.5.2905.0).
Sometimes, we have some tickets who arrived in duplicates ones and we cannot reassign or modify these ones.
When we are trying, we encounter the error : "The user domain\user doesn't have the sufficiant rights to perform this operation" ..
What is not logical is that we (team of 6 people) can sometimes modify these bugs tickets and sometimes no, it's completely random and because of that hard to diag.
Someone already saw the same behaviour before ?
