What is the best way to find all machines on a network / domain that have duplicate SIDs?

I believe there may be tools for this, but I have an example VBScript program that documents the SID values of all computers in the domain, and indicates if there are duplicates, linked here: http://www.rlmueller.net/ComputerSIDs.htm The program should be run at a command prompt using the cscript host program so the output can be redirected to a text file.
