Dual boot up issue with XP and Server 2008....!
Hello friends,My laptopwas a dual boot up machine with XP and Server 2008. Recently my XP Boot up got corrupted and i reinstalled XP . After that during booting , its not asking the option to select the operating systems. How would retain the previos options? or what happened during the reinstallation?. PLease help me up.Thanksabinjaik

Hi, When installing Dual boots, you must always start with oldest OS first.What has happened is by installing XP you have over written the boot files that contained the info for W2008.Restart computer with the W2008 install disc and go to repair start up ,this should fix the dual boot.Slan go foill, Paul
