Downloaded evaluation edition won't instal

Please help, I have downloaded the Win Svr evaluation edition a few times, burnt it to a DVD, but it won't run each time, says Windows cannot install the required files. The file may be corrupt or missing. Make sure all the required files for the installation are available, and restart the installation. Error code 0x80070017. It turns out the image file install.wim is damaged or corrupt because it would not copy when I tried to copy the installation files it fail to read install.wim. Please help.

If you searched this forum, you would have found that this happens from time to time.  Either you have problems with your link and multiple downloads never succeed in getting a valid copy, or, sometimes, a bad copy may be cached in the path used by your ISP.  Some others have gotten around it by trying to download from a different location so they get a different ISP or go through a different cache server.  Sometimes people have had more success downloading with IE instead of one of the other browsers.
