Is there any way to download windows patches directly from Microsoft Website, apart from Windows Update Catalogue.
Appreciate Your inputs.. :)

Yes, all updates exists as seperate downloads also.
Example:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/details.aspx?FamilyID=8dac1eb5-496d-4d32-b553-e3d3a002f859
Basically you just search for the related KB.
Windows update is your portal to get it as a list.
