If the DC is a Windows Server 2003, please check this KB940925 and apply the hotfix in the KB.

If it is a Windows 2000 Server, this issue could be caused by an invalid object identifier in an LDAP search.

Hi there,I will Try that and see if it works.But those are for LSASS.exe ..... Not Services.exe error?Mike
