Hi Majeed, Do you try to join the domain by using the NetBIOS domain name or DNS name? Please check the following KB. You receive an error message when you join a domain with Windows XP http://support.microsoft.com/kb/293403 Troubleshooting Domain Join Error Messages http://social.technet.microsoft.com/wiki/contents/articles/troubleshooting-domain-join-error-messages.aspx Brent Please remember to click “Mark as Answer” on the post that helps you, and to click “Unmark as Answer” if a marked post does not actually answer your question. This can be beneficial to other community members reading the thread. ”
