We have purchased a company and are in the process of migrating their web servers to our site.

These new web servers are being built in our DMZ with their existing domain name - CompanyB.com

We have existing web servers in the DMZ using MyCompany.com,we have two Forward LookUp Zones, MyDomain.net which is our Active Directory domain, and MyCompany.com which is our external website.

I need to figure out how our internal web team can connect to CompanyB.com from our internal network.  Do I need to create a New Forward Lookup Zone called CompanyB.com?

I suppose we could add a forward lookup zone manually.

Add a forward lookup zone of CompanyB.com. Then create the Host records for the servers.

Or, we could modify hosts file on client.

It is under C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc. Add the records for the servers.
