I'm using xcopy on Windows XP and faced with a problem when trying to retrieve files from network share by using this command: \\fas\install$\Databases\Oracle\OraClient_10.2.0.3\client\Disk1\ D:\Temp\ /E and cmd says me, that's incorrect path. I guess, it's due a dollar sign, but maybe it's wrong. Anyway, how to fix it?

XCOPY has no problems with admin shares.

Why then I'm able to retireve files with copy command, but not with xcopy?
