I'm thinking of using an MDM system from SOTI to manage the company's Android phones (running on one of our windows servers).
All administrators have user CALs and the phones will not have any connection to the AD or any other internal systems (the MDM system will only install some external apps) but will be used by different employees.
Do I also need device CALs for all phones?
Does all devices registred in my MDM-system need CALs?

Hi,
Thanks for your reply.I have read through the pages you linked to, but can not find a clear answer.
If the devices do not use any connection to AD or any other system and administrators who administer the devices have user CALs, do I also need Device CALs then?
