Does PowerPivot work with Office 365?
Hello and apologies for the ignorance of my question. I recently bought surface 3 and office 365. I am an avid (albeit new) user of PowerPivot and was looking forward to using it on new device. However when i go to enable it, nothing there. Hard to determine
based on web articles if it does or does not work or perhaps i need to buy a different version of excel?
Thank you
Dave

Power Pivot is only available in the Professional Plus release of Office 2013 (regardless of O365 or standard Office), and in the standalone version of Excel 2013.

I apologize that you were misinformed due to the lack of clarity available when you bought those products.

This is ridiculous not informing the audience clearly. I suppose this comes about churning too many products not having the where withal to provide proper, correct information.
I am lucky I only signed up for month-to-month subscription. Of course I am going to cancel.
