Do I need a CAL?
I have a server 2003 license, and I will be using the server to host Minecraft, and my website/school projects. Do I need CAL's? I will not have other devices/computers, by this, i mean i wont use
things like Active Directory Domain Services, only a few server-side accounts, but will receive incoming connections VIA the internet."I have always wished that my computer would be as easy to use as my telephone. My wish has come true. I no longer know how to use my telephone." - Bjarne Stroustrup

Basically, if you don't intend to authenticate users as Windows users then you don't need any additional CALs. The license only applies if you need to have users connect to your server as Windows users, say through terminal services or file/print shares.
