Hi,I'm bringing this question over from the Group Policy side per recommendation of the folks in that forum.I have servers with 2003 x64 SP2 Enterprise and I am trying to use diskpart.exe to extend a partition. I keep getting error: The disk managment services could not complete the operation.I suspect it is a GPO network policy,local policy, or registry issuethat is prohibiting me from using the app. Can someone point me in the right direction to troubleshoot possible permissions issue plz?I am logged on and have full admin priviliges. I have tried to execute in safe mode with no luck. As I understand it; you're trying to make partitions on a remote machine ?If so another (higher) account should be used to do so; enterprise account.Good business is where you find it.
