Twitter user @BTSullivan91 is experiencing the following problem: "Hey I need help! Need to update a card to reactivate a subscription! Didn't realize it was trying to bill a cancelled one!"
The customer can't open a billing ticket because the account is disabled. Also can't contact the Azure Sales phone number for assistance with reopening the account.
