Disable subscription???

Hi guys,

We have problem with our Free Trial account which was informed to be a violation of service terms. I go to the support site but the Subscription was disable at step 2 so I have no idea what to do next to get support from Azure. Could you please tell me what I should do now? Many thanks.

Hi,

I would recommend you to create a free support ticket with Azure billing team for assistance on your subscription activation as this needs approval from various higher level teams.

Another option I would say is to get a new subscription with a different credit card information and the  live id. This time please make sure you accept the terms and conditions not violate the companies terms and conditions.
