Direct Access Client does not establish tunnels

Hi

One of my direct Access Clients does not establish any tunnels. Neither Infra or Corp.

The GPO was applied correctly and the IPHTTPS Tunnel connects.

I am able to ping the Direct Access DNS64 ip and both tunnel endpoints.

For some reason the cleint does not establish the tunnels.

Connection Security rules are listed under the Monitoring tab but there are no Security associations, neither main or quick.

I apreciate any advice.

Hi,

What's the OS of your clients? If it is Windows7, please make sure that the checkbox "Enable Windows 7 client computers to connect through DirectAccess" has been checked.

Besides, could you run the DirectAccess client troubleshooting tool in your client and post the log here? It may give some hints.
