Folks,

Have an environment set up for SCSM with the AD Connector bringing in AD Users, AD Groups and AD Printers. Under Configuration Items, there shows about 1,000 users discovered with information pulled in. However, if I create a new view and query all (Object Status /= Pending Delete) for Active Directory users, I only get about 100.

Why is there such a disparity between the number of users? What is the underlying difference between an AD User and User in SCSM 2012? In terms of timeframe, I created the AD Connector about two months back and let it run. I have created the view about a month later, some users are being added to the AD View but nowhere close to the number of total users discovered using the AD connector.

Thoughts?
