I was using DevOverrideEnable to allow a overwide of wsock32.dll to use for a tool to bind a program to a specific IP address. Today this has stopped working out of nowhere, local DLL's are not working anymore. I tried deleting the registry key rebooting, re adding. nothing. Any ideas?

Sadly, those articles were used and what had it working in the first place. The software I run uses this and is a server 2008r2 machine. It's not really programing related?
