We have a problem on one VM, that is WS2012 R2 STD solely for MS SQL Server.

When there are two sessions active (same account), sometimes when you log on the second session, taskbar and desktop starts to flicker and won't stop. Disconnecting or log off have no effect.

This can be removed by logging off from the other working session.

Can you please provide some hints ?

Did you try by installing the Vmware tools or Hyper-V integration services.

I think we have all VM with integration services, but unsure how to check it.

I know just this cmd (Get-VM | ft Name, IntegrationServicesVersion) where all versions are the same on all VMs including this one.

It means the SQL sessions or RDP sessions?

If possible, could you describe the issue more detailed or post some image for the issue.

I'm sorry, I mean RDP sessions.

When I log on to problematic RDP session, it logs to desktop and immediately taskbar and desktop icons start flickering. This occurs when other RDP session is active in moment of connection.

We have been able to temporarily resolve issue, when we log off second (working) RDP session and problematic session. On new logon it works again.

Since it's flickering I can record a video when it starts doing that.
