Deploy have become much slower

Hi,

Since two days ago, tfs-deploy for new build on azure started to be much slower than it was before. My solution has one web role and two worker roles. In the past the time needed a build to finish was on average 10min, in which upgrading instances was about 6min. Now started to be so slow, and a new build takes more than 40min, or just the upgrade process takes more than 30min. Do you have any idea what could be the reason for this behavior.

Thanks

I think it is network problem. Did you check your log? Which step spent more time. I found my project spent large time on uploading and updating step.

I'm now noticing that waiting on my worker role named 'WorkerRole' to be ready took 8.5min which in the past was taking no time at all.

Hi,

May I know whether the problem has been solved? Around that time, there was a network issue as described on the network. If it still takes a long time to deploy your service using TFS, could you please check if you can deploy it using the portal with acceptable performance? This can help to check if the problem is on Windows Azure side or TFS deploy side.

Best Regards,
