Hi, I wanted to know if is possible to deploy an Windows 8 Embedded preconfigured with Image Configuration Editor using Windows Deployment Services.

It should be possible to do so... by putting the W8e boot.wim into the WDS boot images... to then either Deploy from Configuration Set or by running IBW with a configuration file. These are laid out in the CHM. Otherwise you should contact your company's Embedded Partner (who you purchase licenses from) as they are the ones who handle technical support.
